The real opportunity with AI isn't automating what already exists. It's rethinking what's possible once you design the work around people instead of the tool.

About

I'm a Senior Manager on Comcast's AI Strategic Transformation team. My job is about changing the way a team and company operates with AI. I help redesign workflows, understanding what needs to remain human and what more you can unlock with technology.

Before Comcast, I spent several years at Boston Consulting Group leading GenAI adoption and digital transformation work across industries, including running BCG's own internal AI enablement effort globally.

I started as a computer engineer, with internships in Boston, Tel Aviv, and San Francisco, then General Electric's Digital Technology Leadership Program, where I stayed on to run commercial excellence and business operations. I picked up an MBA from Wharton along the way, so I tend to sit at the intersection of can we build this and should we, which is more or less the whole job now.

Outside of work, I'm usually planning the next trip (40-plus countries and counting), reading a new book, or working on a piece of leather goods, like a bag or a purse.
